We do not offer refunds, exchanges, postponements, or returns for any purchase, including products, custom orders, and/or gift cards. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at flourandflowerart@gmail.com within 2 hours of receiving the product. The original product as well as the receipt of purchase is required to assess the product. A credit or replacement may be offered upon the discretion of the management, but is not guaranteed.
